Terms and Conditions

for Rugby Coaching by Rumary 5 Rugby Training

Effective as of: 1st September 2025

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between Rumary 5 Rugby Your (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") and clients (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") for rugby training services offered via www.R5Rugby.com or through direct contact.

2. Services

The Provider offers individual or group-based rugby coaching sessions, workshops, and training consultations, both in-person and online. The scope of services is detailed on the website or in individually agreed offers.

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is formed when the Provider confirms a booking request (submitted via contact form, email, or phone) in writing or via email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final and, do not include German VAT as Rumary 5 Rugby Training is not liable for VAT (MwSt) (Umsatzsteuerfreie Leistungen gemäß §19 UStG). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and must be made imediately, with no reductions, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, according to the invpoice provided

5. Cancellations

Cancellations by Participants are free of charge if made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full session fee will be charged.

If the Provider must cancel a session (e.g. due to illness or force majeure), an alternative date will be offered.

6. Liability

Participation in training is at the Participant’s own risk. The Provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Liability for personal injury, health issues, or accidents is excluded unless caused by proven fault on the part of the Provider.

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically cleared to participate in rugby training sessions.

The Provider holds valid professional liability insurance covering specific damages within the limits of applicable laws. This does not create any entitlement to compensation beyond the limits stated in these Terms and Conditions.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for communication, invoicing, and training purposes and will not be shared without consent. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Copyright

All materials provided by the Provider (e.g. training plans, videos, PDFs) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.

Place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is the location of the Provider’s business.
